I have dealt with several auditing bodies over the years, as I have been involved with different companies and NGO’s. I was, however, impressed with the professional yet pleasant and friendly way that our last audit was conducted. The auditor was obviously up to date with all procedures and processes, and made the whole audit very straight forward. I have been running and managing the QA side of Quickcell from late 2010 onwards and since that point in time, I have had the pleasure of dealing with three different assessors all of whom were very experienced with the ISO9001 specification.
